A Miniature Disaster
The house is fine. I succeeded in getting my chores done yesterday, and I have cleaned both bathrooms today. That part has not been a disaster, so yay!
However... I also baked. Whoops! I nearly messed up the carrot cake by taking it out too early (it was springy to touch as recipe said, but it was not ready to come out of the oven!). And sadly, I think I have messed up the strawberry cheesecake cupcakes - note to self: if the recipe specifies using paper cake cases, it would probably be wise to do so, especially since I have hundreds.
I'm letting it all cool now. Tomorrow morning I will make the icing and see if I can fix the cupcakes and make the carrot cake look amazing. I'll let you know!
