Films, Shoes, Weather & NaNo
Jon and I had a nice evening last night. After a really pleasant meal out, we rented a couple films from Blockbuster and watched Coraline. It was really good!
Today I bought some funky purple shoes, which are soooo lovely and comfy, but they're not really suitable for the current weather situation, so I've been wearing them indoors. Speaking of the weather, this weekend's supposed to be rather stormy. However, the Met Office's track record so far this year has hardly been reliable, so I won't be surprised if tomorrow we have the hottest day of the year. ;)
I infer from the noises coming from outside that this time they might have gotten their facts right, sadly... ah well... there's a first time for everything, I guess!

This story really is writing itself. I've had no problems so far with steering the story towards the happy ending I'm expecting. In fact, some of the characters have even provided some fantastic sub-plots, twists and plot bridges - it's as if they're the ones writing this story! I intend to let them continue running the show, as I honestly don't know what's going to happen. :)
