Feet & NaNo News
Bah! My sensible work shoes have a crack right across the sole (well, only the left one does, but that means the right one isn't far behind), and while walking in the rain today, water seeped in and made my foot feel all soggy. :( Which means I need a new pair of sensible shoes and quick! I guess I ought to shell out some decent cash this time, too, as these ones, which were quite cheap, have only lasted 6-8 months, I think. Some of these shoes look quite cool...;)
At least I cheered my feet up when I got home and treated them to a foot bath. Afterwards I massaged some Fair Trade Foot Lotion into them, too, so now they smell and feel fabulous!!! :D
In other news, my NaNo attempt started well yesterday!

That's just over the necessary daily amount, so today I need to write a similar sized chunk. Not sure exactly what I'll write, but the important thing is to simply let the words flow and hope for the best!
