Not Quite 40k
I managed to pretty much catch up what I'd lost on Sunday, but I just missed the 40k target as a result of the fiasco. I was too tired to do any writing yesterday, but I did hope to get some done today. However, today, my computer decided to keep crashing. This wasted at least an hour of my time (and, I admit, the discovery of CrimeMapper wasted another half an hour, but that was a more interesting exercise than constantly restarting my laptop and hoping for the best).
I think I need a new computer. Perhaps I should get a Mac next? Jon never has any of the problems that I do! Anyhoo, here's an update:

Not so sure I'll finish the novel by the end of the month at this rate, but I'm still going to give it my best shot. I think my next target is to try and write at least another 4k words tomorrow, with some kind of reward if I can manage 10k in one day. That's a big ask, I know, but I'm hoping it will motivate me to put in the effort. We'll see what I actually manage. :)
I'm going to get an early night now so I can be bright-eyed and bushy-tailed when I get back on the case! G'night!
