Over Halfway!
I've done it! I've reached this week's target two days early! :D:D:D I've got over halfway with my intended word target! Although, I have a sneaking suspicion that this story is going to be over 65,000 words if it keep growing at this rate. Still, I set my predicted final total as 65,000 words and this week's target was to reach half of that, which I've done already, so woo! This means I can now enjoy the 100g bar of Fair Trade Organic Milk Chocolate from Traidcraft I bought earlier today as my reward! Yum!!!

Chapter 14 was hard to write. It's a sad one. I guess that's to be expected in a murder mystery novel, but it never gets easier to write these scenes. I get so attached to the characters!
I'm currently halfway through Chapter 15, and the next part of this chapter is going to be lots of fun to write! My Inspector thinks he knows who's responsible, but there's a few more twists in the tale, yet! I think I need a break from writing for now, though, so I'm going to leave the rest of the chapter for tomorrow. :)
And my next target? I think I need a small one for the weekend... how about another 5k words by Sunday evening, and if I reach 40k by then, I'm allowed to buy myself another 100g choccy bar! :D
