In The Zone!
Just after I blogged last night, I had further inspiration, so I wrote about 350 more words. I had to stop then, though, as it was getting late and I had other things to do before heading for bed. I'm glad it feels like the story has gotten under my skin again - things are starting to flow easier and it might even be possible to finish this draft by the end of the month!
I'm not going to get too excited just yet, though. Even if I reach the halfway point by Sunday, I've still got another 32,500 words to write in two weeks, and that's a big ask. Especially since I have other commitments during that fortnight.
But things continue to look hopeful - I even managed to find a bit of time to write today! This isn't one of my five days I planned to write as I'm supposed to be heading out in five minutes' time, but I've still done fairly well!

I guess I've just been in the zone because the words have just flown from my fingers to the page. Let's hope this continues tomorrow! :D
