It Worked! (sort of)
The strict goal-setting has been beneficial: I finally have more writage! Not the 2,000 words I hoped I'd write this weekend, but perhaps this will spur me on to write more regularly from now on. We shall hope and see!
I've just added 1,216 words to the story, during which one character has described their version of events. I need to think a little more about what the next character's going to say before I write it, methinks. Still, I think I'll manage to get everyone's version of events on paper by the end of the week if I can be disciplined about it. :)
