Beer Bread Recipe
I've had a great time baking this week! :D My spiced chocolate and apple slices (recipe from Simply Cadbury's Chocolate) were extremely popular, even though Jon called them "a bit weird". Everyone else thought they were delicious, so he must be the weird one. ;P
Jon did enjoy the beer bread, though. As did I! Yum! And it was soooo easy to make!!! Sharona from St Pixels gave me the recipe, and also said I can share it with you, so yay! Now you can have easy-peasy-to-make, delicious beer bread! So, here's the recipe:

Sharona's Easy Beer Bread!
Ingredients:
- 380g self-raising flour,
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 350ml beer
Process:
- Preheat the oven to ~190C/375F/Gas 5.
- Lightly grease a loaf tin (mine's about 12cmx22cm).
- Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into the loaf tin and bake for about an hour.
- Eat!
