Fingerless Gloves
This week I've crocheted myself fingerless gloves! It's been so long since I did any crochet that I was worried I'd forgotten everything, but I found it all came back and these gloves were really easy to make. :)
And now my hands are warm! This is unusual; the iciness of my fingers can make people scream when I touch them. So, having warm hands is really fab, and, the gloves being fingerless, I am not hindered by wearing them. Wearing normal gloves means typing, writing, picking up small things, and various other simple tasks are very tricky, if not impossible. These new gloves have solved all those problems! Yay!
I was going to post this yesterday, but wanted to wait until I had a photo to show you. However, I've still not got a photo, so you'll just have to imagine them, instead. After all, you can guess the colour. ;) They're based on this glove pattern, which I highly recommend giving a go if you want to make some gloves of your own - it's really simple to follow.
It's such a strange feeling, I have to repeat myself: I've got warm hands! Woo!
