Brief Mid-Summer Thoughts
I love this time of year. It's sunny. The days are longer, which means it's sunnier for longer. And there was a hedgehog snuffling about in our garden last night. What more do you want? Well, apart from a glass of wine, of course, which unusually I didn't have last night.
And tonight, Jon's actually taking me out to a gig! :) It's part of the Barnstaple Fringe, and so far we've failed to go to as many of the gigs as we'd like.
I think we should make it a mid-year resolution to get out and do more in our local area. I've already got a plan in action, so we'll keep you updated on how things go...
Gotta get changed to go out now, though, so fare-thee-well, chickadees!
