Unlucky for Some?
I've not really got anything to say, but I'm trying to keep a series going, so I've got to make this 'unlucky' post before midnight.
Y'know, April's been a pretty good month: I've finished reading six books, I've amassed quite a pile of books yet to be read, I've listened to some fab music, I've seen friends and family quite a lot, the house is now tidy (mostly), I've enjoyed some sunny days in an appropriate fashion, and I've just cleaned the upstairs bathroom. :)
Who'd have thought I could be so productive? Well, not my mum, it seems. She called me earlier and when I explained I had just finished cooking my dinner, she replied, "You cooked?" When I pointed out that Jon is, as she knows, not here this week, and asked whether she thought I'd been starving in his absence, she told me, "I thought you'd be having takeaway."
Like I'm that bad in the kitchen!!!
