A Lot of Nonsense Involving, Among Other Things, Crumpet Rings & Joss Stone
Anyhoo, I'm 33,439 words through NaNoWriMo, and I think I may be running out of steam. So, I thought I'd come here and spout a lot of gibberish and see if that helped. ;P
I think my main problem is Tomothy and Jon have both gone crazy and are singing silly songs and dancing as I try to write. This is before they've even had a drop of alcohol so far tonight. They also keep talking about Bobby Carrot as though he's a real person. As you can imagine, this is most off-putting. But hey.
Let's not talk about them any more. Let's talk about something else... hmm... I bought crumpet rings today (well, I bought a good alternative, anyway), so guess what I plan to make sometime during the coming week? :) Yum! Crumpets drenched in buttery goodness... the thought is making me hungry!
I really need to do more baking. Perhaps when I finish my latest crochet project I will. It's nearly finished (and then I can blog about it!), but then I do have three other crochet projects to finish by the end of the month, so maybe I'll have to wait before I can bake like a crazy person.
Oh, and tomorrow Jon and I will be going to see Joss Stone perform a pretty party trick with some Christmas lights. Aren't we lucky? According to the local papers, there's going to be all sorts of revelry to enjoy, although it does not say that Joss will be performing herself. Not that we're bothered. Jon and Tomothy just want to ogle her from afar. At least, I hope that's all they want to do. ;)
And, as they say at the end of the Looney Tunes cartoons, that's all folks! For now, at any rate...
