Old Habits
I had an interview today. Will let you know when I hear more on that. Right now I actually have some free time, and am wasting it trying to decide what to do.
My reading is going well, and it's inspiring me to try to get back into another of my old creative habits, but which one? I'm not currently inspired to write, so I think I'll leave that one for a little bit until I decide on which story to work on (there are several that need attention, as always).
I don't have enough ingredients to bake, although I'd like to. Perhaps on Thursday I'll bake some brownies. They're quick and easy to do, Jon likes them, and I know of a place where there are a number of grateful people who would possibly like to sample them, too. Still, can't do that now, so I ought to stop wasting time thinking about it!
What else...? I really want to get back into crochet - there's a top I've been planning to make, but I've been putting it off. I could have another go, I s'pose... but... hmm...
The other option open to me is to play a musical instrument. Of course, I'd have to pick which one. I'm quite keen to do this, but it's been so long since I've played anything! I'm worried that it'll take a long, hard practice to get back up to speed, and I don't want to do anything too strenuous...
Bah! I'm just feeling lazy! I'm going to force myself to have a go at one or two of the above. It'll be fun!
