Kidnapping, Coffins & Art
Today, Jon and I kidnapped Jon's hungover friend Tomothy and took him to see some interesting coffins (Website didn't work too well when I tried it, but you can get an idea of what we saw). Tomothy quite liked the look of the sports bag one (on this page), but he didn't get the chance to sneak in, zip it up and have a quick kip. The ballet shoe one rather freaked me out, but probably more because I haven't seen a ballet shoe since I was about six, rather than for any other reason. The guitar one was huge.
We also took Tomothy to the Appledore Visual Arts Festival and had a wander around taking photos and whatnot. While there, we picked up some info on the Art Trek that happens later this month, so hopefully we'll find time to check out some more artists then, although that is going to be a busy weekend for us, so we'll have to see what time we have.
Tomothy said he had fun and is glad we kidnapped him. He just would have preferred it if I hadn't put the child locks on in my car... Tee-hee!
