Fairtrade Fortnight
I know, I know, I'm late! Fairtrade Fortnight started 26th February and ends this Sunday, 9th March. But it's better late than never!
Check out The Fairtrade events calendar to find out what's happening in your area this weekend. There's a wide range of activities - coffee mornings, wine tasting, football, fashion shows, music, and much, much more!
Also, I want to urge you to think about the way you shop. With over 2500 Fairtrade certified products now available for sale in this country, is there perhaps more you could be doing to help change the lives of millions in developing countries?
For instance, did you know that you can know buy clothing made from Fairtrade cotton? Find out what Fairtrade products are available in your local area. Also, check out the Ethical Superstore for your online shopping needs.
Not sure how ethical a certain product/brand is? There are some free reports on the Ethiscore website that can help you make informed decisions about what to buy.
