Nearly At 30k
Another 3,000 words today, taking my total to 29,596. It would be quite cool to hit the 30k barrier today, but I'm not sure if I'll write any more until tomorrow as the next two chapters are kind of a pair and ought to be written at the same time. I certainly don't have the time for another 3k today!
The blanket is actually beginning to resemble a blanket. I'm pleased with it so far, although I'm beginning to agree with Jon that my wool is steadily vanishing (damn, why can't wool be infinite?). Hopefully it will last out the blanket, but I'm not sure. I'll have to ask Lorna what to do when running out of wool, as I haven't the foggiest!
And now, at quarter to five, I s'pose I'd better go have some lunch.
