ADOMG
Today has so far been A Day Of Much Goodness (or ADOMG, for short). For lo, the postman hath been-eth, and hath delivereth goodies! Well, they're for Jon, but they're not for him yet, so I've been having a play!
I have also been into town and done much that is pleasing to those who might be pleased by what I did. I bought the last few things I need for Jon's birthday/Christmas pressies, as well as wrapping paper, wool (for crochet) and strawberries and bananas.
And prepare to be amazed, for I, Queen Jo of Faerieland, Ruler Over All That Is Good And Pure (And Some Who Are Not), Princess of Purple, etc, etc, have also wrapped Jon's pressies! :D Obviously not all of them, since there are still some yet to arrive (Amazon informs me that they are scheduled for the middle of next week, but they are currently being prepared for dispatch!) but all the ones that are in the house are wrapped and bagged.
And I even have photos! I couldn't resist, so if you want to know what I've got him, get in touch and I'll show you!
As if all that isn't Herculean enough, I have also found the time to write 1,574 words, which takes my total to over 18k! And this next chapter should be juicy. :) It's really not going too badly for something I keep losing interest in, is it? I might even finish it before Christmas at this rate! Huzzah!
