Bread!
Ok, I admit it: I am obsessed with bread. Bread is fantastic! And there are sooooo many varieties of bread, it's fab!
As any regular reader of my blog knows, I am also keen on baking. Usually mostly biscuits, with the odd cakes, but this year that looks set to change. I have got new recipe books with some tasty-looking bread-related things to try.
Last week I made the above Italian Chocolate Chip Bread, and it tasted lovely. Today, I will hopefully find time to make pains au chocolat. And tomorrow, I plan to make dinner rolls. :D:D:D
