I Am Not A Number
I still don't have any keys yet. Hopefully we'll get Neil's soon. Maybe I'll feel more at home when I can come and go as I please. Unpacking is going well, except we're missing some screws for the sofabed. On the whole, it's very nice here. But I am going to need a map of town to get used to the area.
Jon & G successfully unpeeled the wallpaper from the downstairs bathroom yesterday. And we bought sealant and paint, so that's the big job today. That and cleaning the oven. Oh, and finding my recipe books. I need to bake a cake. Saturday is getting closer...
In other news, the phone line is still not connected. Hopefully on Friday. So permanent Internet should follow after that. It feels odd writing blog entries when I don't know when I can put them online. Hopefully soon, but we'll see...
