Some Requests for Info, and A Hint of What's To Come...
Ok, I just want to say a few things about over the weekend. Well, about Saturday, as Sunday has resulted in the need for a long post that you will all laugh at me for, I'm sure. I suppose after all the stick I've been giving Jon, it's about time I laughed at myself on here. But my embarrassing admission will have to wait for now, as I can't be bothered to explain all. It's coming, I promise you... feel free to nag me if I forget.
So, Saturday - PlaySoc was good, although lacked playing and was more daisy chains, lollipops and chatting about children's TV. This was good!
And I also enjoyed cat-hunting round York in the evening with Jon and Ro! If anyone knows of any stone cats around York, let me know where, PLEASE! I know of the one in King's Square and the one above Clinton's, but I know there are more!
Anyway! Writing is going well. I plan to finish WFMW on Friday. I'm currently not sure if I'll put it on here for you lot to scoff at (I know, you're all far too polite for that), once it is done. Some parts are rather wibbly (perhaps cliched is a more helpful word), so you may have to wait until I've tidied it up, and that in itself may take a while as I have three novels to complete this year!
I may not spend much time writing HTGAIB this week, as I'm concentrating on finishing off WFMW. But after that, it will be all systems go!
You hear some quite strange stuff at work. The things people will tell you! Also, if you are the kind of person who would turn up at a building for a meeting without knowing who it's with, where you should be going, what company, or any other useful information: contact me and tell me WHY! It's for 'research', honest, I won't laugh at you.
